Distinguish four reading pages from four sheets
A common four-page booklet is one sheet printed on both sides and folded once, creating a front cover, two inside pages, and a back page. Four ordinary full-size pages are a different output. Clarify which one you mean before choosing a template or asking someone to print it. The finished booklet size depends on the starting sheet and fold. A print shop may describe the job using finished dimensions, while a home print dialog asks for the sheet size. Write both down so the design and production conversations refer to the same object.
Give each reading page a useful role
A clear content plan places the name and optional portrait on the cover, the ceremony sequence on one inside page, a short remembrance on the other, and thanks or reception information on the back. Do not rely on reducing the entire print scale, because that also changes the finished dimensions and margins. Proofread the cover and back as carefully as the interior; those pages often receive less attention during content editing.
